Our Business Intelligence Jump Start provides clients a quick way to understand the value that a structured Business Intelligence platform can provide. This is a proof-of-concept plus! Our process has been honed over the past 15 years in the software development and data integration arena. Our process is simple:

AGENDA

Planning (Day 1)

• Discover: A short online survey and a meeting with your stakeholders to identify the goals for our engagement.
• Define: We’ll formalize requirements to make sure we agree on expectations and final deliverables.

• Build: We’ll connect to your data to build a dataset and a dashboard containing up to 5 standard visuals.
• Repeat: We’ll provide a customized BI Roadmap providing key feedback to help your organization mature its Business Intelligence practice.

DELIVERABLES

• Provision and configure Power BI environment with O365 tenant
• Create data model in Power BI Desktop from a single data source
• Visualize data with up to two (2) pages and one (1) dashboard
• Roadmap document providing guidance / recommendations to expand analytics within your organization
• One-hour training session covering administration and end-user experience
