During this assessment, MCA Connect’s Dynamics ERP experts will engage with your company to perform the following set of tasks:
- Review your company’s existing business processes.
- Evaluate your company’s usage of Dynamics AX to better understand what modules and application functionality are leveraged to run your business.
- Perform an audit to understand application usage and licensing requirements.
- Review and understand functionality provided by any 3rd party Independent Software Vendor (ISV).
- Perform a thorough review of any application customizations developed for your company’s business.

- A comprehensive report detailing your options to upgrade your existing deployment.
- A roadmap for your upgrade that will include estimated timelines, budget estimates, recommendations on ISV’s and customizations, and an overall project plan.
