End Goal

Phases

The migration process will involve the following steps:

• Pre-Migration Assessment (Discovery) – 3 Days
• Migration Planning – 2 Days
• Migration Execution – 10 Days
• Post-Migration Support – 5 Days

Timelines

The entire migration process will be completed in 4 weeks. This also includes post-migration support for 5 days.

Migration Considerations

• The customer will have to procure and make available a valid Microsoft 365 subscription.
• The customer needs to grant admins access to the migration accounts in both source (GCP) and destination (Microsoft 365) environments.
• The customer needs to ensure that they have procured Microsoft 365 licenses in their destination (Microsoft 365) environment.
• The migration process will involve Google Drive migration of up to 50 users.
• The total volume of data to be migrated should not exceed 500GB.

Actionable

• Perform environment discovery of GCP environment.
• Prepare an inventory as per the discovery and share findings with customer.
• Coordination with customer to review and decide what to migrate and where to migrate (data mapping).
• Perform data migration as per the planning.
• Provide post-migration support to the customer and tenant handover post support completion.

• Successful migration from Google Cloud to Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Operate out of new environment and confirm business runs as usual.
