With SRKK's Power BI Kaizen Data Analytics as a Service offering, you will get a team consisting of an Engagement Manager, Consultant, and Developer to help you implement and manage your Azure Synapse and Power BI Environment at a fixed yearly price.

This DAaaS service offering includes eight sprints (7 man-days each) per year that can be used for analytics projects and dashboard development across different departments.

This is the high-level process overview of the engagement:

1. Kick-off & discovery workshop to align on key KPIs, strategies, and priorities for the year
2. Identify insights and metrics required to make informed decisions and measure performance for their key priorities & strategies.
3. Plan out & execute sprint schedule (Sprint 1: Data study, data connection, data modeling, data storage; Sprint 2-8: Dashboard development for different functions - Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Inventory etc.)
4. Schedule for 2 half-day training sessions per year
5. SRKK's support team will provide continuous user support and system maintenance.
