Telstra Calling for Microsoft Teams (TCMT) is our solution to enable customers to quickly setup, configure and consume telephony services using Microsoft Teams Phone System. TCMT is a complete, managed cloud-based platform, for modern collaboration with the capability to provide PSTN Calling for global organizations.

Telstra has invested in highly available and geographically resilient core voice infrastructure, located in strategically placed data centers across the world, and can provide either Operator Connect or Direct Routing Architectures. Through our global voice services, we can offer full PSTN integration in numerous countries across the world, and also offer an approach where customers can bring their own carrier services in countries where that is required.

Through Telstra's technology services arm, Telstra Purple, we can help customers deploy, migrate, adopt and manage their Teams Phone System environment, and have built repeatable models for rapid deployment.

TCMT Operator Connect Rapid Deployment is suitable for organizations with simple, single site deployments for up to 100 staff located in a country Telstra offers PSTN integration through SIP Connect. We will run initial discovery workshops, then use our rapid deployment methodology to deployment and configure the environment, migrate existing or provision new phone numbers, then assist in knowledge transfer, service adoption and handover activities.

For organizations with large, multi-national, or complex environments, Telstra Purple will use our 4D methodology of Discovery, Define, Deliver and Drive to develop a custom, but proven approach to your requirements.
