TRAX Digital Transformation Roadmap Assessment- 8 Weeks

The assessment is a structured framework designed to guide organizations to define their digital transformation roadmap including the roadmap and scope of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain in a way that achieves the highest ROI.

• First Step: Current Business Model AS-IS (Week 1): This initial phase involves analyzing and documenting the existing business model. It provides a foundational understanding of how the organization currently operates, including structure, processes, and key performance metrics. A list of requirements will be sent from the consultant’s side to be prepared by the customer.

• Second Step: Current 5 Areas AS-IS (Week 2, 3 & 4): In this phase, an in-depth assessment is conducted across five critical areas, such as organization, people, process, technology, and performance. This assessment helps establish a baseline for each area to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current setup.

• Third Step: Requirements Needed to Fill Gaps (Week 5 & 6): After assessing the current model and areas, this phase focuses on identifying the specific requirements necessary to address any gaps discovered. This may include resources, skills, technology, or new processes needed to close the gaps and improve performance.

• Fourth Step: Suggested Digital Transformation Roadmap (Week 7 & 8): Based on the requirements identified, a prioritized list of improvement projects is developed. These projects are tailored to bridge the identified gaps and drive the organization towards its strategic goals, the output from this phase will be a comprehensive report that includes the suggested roadmap for the digital transformation journey utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
