Microsoft Viva Connections is a customizable Microsoft Teams application that makes employee experience, team deployment and teams meetings more modern. It works as the employee's gateway to access the information and tools they need in their day-to-day, keeping them more engaged and connected with the organization. With our initiative, we intend to hold workshops on Viva Connections and current communication model, assess the existing organization's Intranet, and develop and implement an intranet improvement prototype using Viva Connections (POC).
