WWT has a team of Microsoft Teams architects who can assist customers with their journey to Microsoft Teams Calling. Utilizing a vendor Session Border Controller (SBC) certified by Microsoft and enabling Direct Routing, WWT will integrate existing on-premises telephony platforms with Microsoft Teams via TLS 1.2 secure SIP trunks, to deliver a feature rich telephony experience to Microsoft Teams end users.
