How to improve transaction processing within your corporate group or group of business partners?

Advanced Intercompany for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows corporate groups and partner companies to exchange purchase and sales documents in real-time, ensuring instant feedback, control, and collaboration. With its innovative features for transaction processing and document synchronization, the app extends the Intercompany functionality in Business Central. Advanced Intercompany is also part of the Global Integration App package developed by IT.integro for multisite and multinational organizations and corporate groups.

Speed up sales/purchase document exchange
By combining the capabilities of EDI and Web Services, the app ensures faster document synchronization between intercompany vendors and customers. All companies operating within one group or partnership can easily exchange documents such as sales/purchase orders, invoices or credit memos and send shipment and G/L posting notifications. Drop shipments are also supported.
Streamline verification
Each order is verified by its receiver based on the criteria defined e.g. agreed delivery dates, quantities and prices. The intercompany verification process generates automatic notifications, which enables the companies to verify the document before it is approved.
Keep track of intercompany transactions
All intercompany users are kept updated on the processing status of their transactions. The app provides Message Type and Template functionalities.
Work seamlessly with synchronized data
The user can select and add data fields to be exchanged and use extra mapping features for e.g. currency code, resource code and item charges. Dimensions can still be defined by each company separately.
Maintain real-time inventory control
When items are sent, the app in the receiving company automatically posts the receipt in an “in-transit” location and creates a transfer order between this location and the actual warehouse location.
