you connect your Navitrans 365 (TMS) with the Navitrans
365 Cross-Dock app through webservices.
With the Navitrans 365 CrossDock Connector, information is sent and received to and from the Navitrans 365 Cross-Dock application.
- Send trips that have to be
loaded or unloaded with parcel information from your TMS towards the Navitrans 365 Cross-Dock, including updates and cancellations.
- Every parcel created in
Navitrans 365 TMS is immediately announced to the Navitrans 365 Cross-Dock and can there be handled as a known parcel.
- Parcel statuses are
received from Navitrans 365 Cross-Dock and updates your Navitrans 365 TMS shipment for track & trace.
- Alerts attend the user when
anomalies - occurred during the cross-dock operation - must be solved in Navitrans 365.
- Solve anomalies in Navitrans 365 TMS that have occurred during the cross-dock operation. Each anomaly has a specific flow to solve.
