DocLink Manager

Overview

DocLink Manager enhances document management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by extending the standard linking functionality. It allows users to attach and manage external links across a wide range of purchasing and production documents, improving traceability, collaboration, and access to supporting resources.

Key Features

• Extended Link Support - Add links to a broad set of documents and lists, including:
• Purchase documents: orders, returns, invoices, credit memos (both posted and unposted), and their respective lists.
• Production documents: simulated, planned, firm planned, released, and finished production orders, including their lists.
• Factbox Integration - View and manage links directly from the document or list factbox pane.
• Simple Link Management - Add, edit, or delete links with ease. Descriptions are auto-filled but can be customized.
