Interact.DIDO is a solution which makes it possible to improve the
interaction with customers, vendors or partners. Interact.DIDO is the
collective name of all the modules build on top of this platform.
Track.DIDO
Track.DIDO is the first module which is launched in this solution.With Track.DIDO chauffeurs can sign and document sales shipment documents, photos can also be added.
The chauffeur only needs a device with a camera and a internet connection, no app or account is needed. Just scan the QR code which we print on top of your (custom) layout and you are ready to sign the document!
All data of course comes back to Business Central. After the document is merged a copy can automatically be send by e-mail to the customer as a proof of delivery.
Customers asking you for a copy of the signed document and who signed for it are now history!
The online dashboard shows in real time which documents are signed. Although this is no live track&trace this gives sales and logistics sufficient information about the progress of the delivery routes of the day.
