Quarantina tracks symptomatic employee that need self-isolation

As COVID-19 is rapidly spreading around the globe, organizations are struggling to keep their business running while keeping their employees safe. When should symptomatic employees self-isolate? Getting this right requires a lot of communication and continuous follow-ups. Who’s gonna do that? HR?
