Journey Automation provides automated processes implementation to support end users.

Journey Automation is a vendor-hosted solution native to Microsoft Teams. It supports end users through an enterprise-scale change and helps them move through a process with a step-by-step approach that is completely automated (a "journey").

Journeys can be applied to different use cases - such as Corporate and HR Communications, Employee Onboarding, and User Training for the adoption of a new technology or systems.

Journey Automation can be integrated with Incident Management Systems (IMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The core architecture is supported by Azure business intelligence components to provide interactions with end users in natural language, while embedded telemetry allows for monitoring, auditing reporting, and actionable intelligence to management and administrators.

The offer includes the deployment and setup of Journey Automation, access to the Admin interface, embedded telemetry, Power BI reporting (based on use case), and ongoing management, maintenance, and support.
