It's that simple:
- In the role of project manager you use Microsoft Project, all other roles only need a Microsoft 365 account and optionally Microsoft Teams and Outlook. The process is very simple.
- Publish project plan: The project manager opens the project plan, e.g. via a mpp file or Project Online. Then the project manager clicks Publish in the Allocatus menu.
- One Gantt chart for the whole team: Allocatus makes the whole project plan visible for the whole team within Microsoft Teams.
Requirements:To use the Allocatus for Teams app, an Allocatus Cloud subscription is necessary.
