CyReport Dashboard is aimed at business users who require an easy-to-use workplace analytical and reporting display to provide business insights into your Microsoft Teams productivity, interactions, trends, call quality, call queues, communication costs and much more.

CyReport Dashboard key features include:

- Powerful Dashboard designer to meet your business themes and required data presentations

- Wide range of graphical widgets and tools for presentation of data

- Send alerts via SMS or email or via Microsoft Teams

- Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards provide intelligent updates and share alerts and notifications amongst your channels and users through incoming webhook

Limitations, conditions, and exceptions

CyReport Dashboard requires the CyReport for Microsoft Teams core application and that in turn requires your general administrator to authorise Cytrack access to your Microsoft Teams usage metadata which is then incorporated into CyReport reporting services for your analysis and review.
