Fusion5 Flexible Assessment & Survey Framework

The Fusion5 Flexible Assessment & Survey Framework is a component usable within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a variety of assessment and survey scenarios. It allows for the capture of varying responses without the need to create dedicated tables in Dataverse.

The add-on supports:

• Single choice

• Multiple choice

• Written response

• Image upload

• Composite questions with multiple responses

The component can build with canvas apps and can be embedded as a component in an existing app, or through model-driven app form integration and allows the user to preview surveys and responses in the same format they are entered.
