The community surrounding the software is terrific. I can reach out to several other users for advice and view their questions. BY employees are also active within the community forums.

Documentation is severely lacking. Some features haven't been documented for years. It's very difficult to cleanly understand certain features. I've had to dig through several documents to find an older version of a feature that worked mostly the same way as it does now.

It tracks my employees very efficiently. It enables much better insight into associate performance and is the enabling factor to our incentive program. Without BY, we wouldn't be able to accurately pay our performance incentives.
