ChatGPT-4 has brought “everyday AI" into the enterprise, allowing employees to use AI in their daily work through chatbots, assistants and workflow solutions. However, early adopters of Microsoft 365 Copilot® might be using it in ways that increase risk for your organization, and the rest of your end users might not know where to begin to use it effectively.

Our solution

Insight’s Everyday AI Adoption for Microsoft 365 Copilot Program is designed to help organizations bring this exciting technology to end users in a way that promotes responsible adoption and drives productivity and ROI. Delivered in two parts, we will partner with you to create an Everyday AI training course and Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery Workshop for your end users that are tailored to the needs of your business.

Everyday AI training

We start by educating your end users on AI basics. Our experts will work with you to create training that includes end-user best practices for responsible AI, prompting and more, as well as customized policy and business-specific information that your end users should know.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery Workshop

Once your users know the basics, they will learn about what Microsoft 365® Copilot can do for them. We will discover the “art of the possible” with Microsoft® 365 Copilot and then lead users through exercises to help them determine how the solution can benefit them in their jobs every day.

Program logistics

•Everyday AI training is delivered remotely in two two-hour sessions over two days. •The Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery Workshop is delivered remotely in a two-hour session. •Pricing is for up to 30 students; additional days of delivery can be provided at a cost of $5,000 per day for up to 30 students per session. •An Everyday AI training-only program without the Discovery Workshop can be purchased for $20,000.

Our approach

The Everyday AI Adoption for Microsoft 365 Copilot Program is delivered over two weeks.

We recommend that the pre-kickoff is scheduled to begin on a Monday, with the training and workshop taking place the following Wednesday. Below is a sample timeline.

Pre-discovery kickoff

Meet to discuss program goals, deliverables and scheduling. Insight will provide discovery questionnaire to be completed by the client prior to the next meeting.

Discovery

Insight will meet with your program sponsors and technical resources to discuss questionnaire results, proposed training and workshop outline, and scheduling.

Pre-training/Pre-workshop

Insight will work to finalize and review the training agenda with you. Your team is responsible for finalizing training and workshop scheduling. This program is delivered remotely via Teams®.

Everyday AI training

Everyday AI training sessions are delivered over two days in two-hour increments. Training focuses on encouraging responsible use and building practical knowledge and AI competency for students.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery Workshop

During the Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery Workshop, students will move to breakout rooms in Teams. Led by our moderators, they will participate in exercises that will help them identify how they can use Microsoft 365 Copilot in their jobs every day.

When the workshop is complete, we leave students with links to resources for continuously updated, publicly available training for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
