Our two-week POC engagement will provide you an overview of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights capabilities. During this time, we will understand your business scenarios, and build a solution that shows what can be achieved through the Microsoft Customer Insights platform. Our POC will demonstrate how the platform can be leveraged to generate KPIs that enable you to take insight-driven business decisions.

Target Audience:

Day 1–2:
  • Understand business requirements (workshop)
  • Identify the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business
Day 3–6
  • Set up and configure a Customer Insights profile for your organization (Sandbox Environment)
  • Onboard and configure initial data sources
  • Map, match, and enrich data points to create customer profiles
Day 6–10
KPI and Measure Implementation:
  • Implement KPIs and measures using the above configured data points
  • Implement basic Power BI view/dashboard that shows KPIs that track business performance


  • 2-3 customer data sources ingested into the Customer Insights platform
  • 3-5 analytic measures and a basic Power BI dashboard/view


  • A solution that tracks merged data from different data sources and showcases important business information (according to customized KPIs)
