Simple message extensions for quickly finding and sharing PDFs with others.

The integration of Drawboard PDF into Microsoft Teams allows users to quickly and easily collaborate with one another using Drawboard PDF cloud technology.

  • Easily search for documents in the cloud, and share them all without clicking out of the conversation. Use the quick-search interface to quickly find documents and share read-only access, or use our ‘Share Document’ command to give collaboration privileges to other users.

  • Create and share new documents - ideal for quick collaboration sessions. Simply select ‘New Document’ in the Drawboard PDF app menu, choose your document specifications (page size, page count and portrait/landscape orientation), and a new document is created in your Drawboard PDF cloud repository ready for rapid collaboration.

  • When you share a document it will appear in your chat as a ‘card’ – where you can cut and paste or save to your clipboard to further use in other conversations.

You must sign-in to your Drawboard PDF account in order to access your cloud documents from within Microsoft Teams.
