Azure's Artificial Intelligence Technology, together with Pentare's business expertise, form the Fiscal Attach that, through automation of service invoice entry, offers the Finance Department the possibility of optimizing processes and the company, improving processes and information compliance.
Our solution is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service, an optical character recognition, an electronic or mechanical version of images of texts written by hand, printed or typed on encoded machines for reading Service Invoices, in Brazil they do not has a national standard and each prefecture has a different XML file model. Fiscal Attach reads the files sent by service providers and turns them into a Json or XML file to be imported into the companies' management system.
