Software Suite for Asset and Document Management in Industry plants
The Asset Management Suite is based on the application platform AMICO (Asset Management for Industrial COmplex plant), a system for assets and technical documents management in manufacturing companies with medium-large industrial plants.
The system also integrates the flows related to update processes, providing an environment for changes management carried on in collaboration with third-party engineering companies, and tools that ensure data consistency even in concurrent modifications.
The native integration with SAP and other asset management systems combined with the ability to extend the system with new "Add-In" using the asset database make the platform adaptable to any context.
The AMICO platform is a complete and independent tool that allows the sharing of information relating to assets and documents managed by a complex industrial reality. By "asset" we mean any element belonging to the production process, both physical (for example an equipment) and logical (for example a grouping element such as a control loop). Assets and documents are the information repository that can be consulted and modified according to specific protection levels.
A tool for data changes management (Job order changes), supported by a workflow engine, ensures the consistency of information during the updating processes, managed in collaboration between internal and external actors (e.g. third-party engineering companies ).
The system allows to generate the plant Operating Manual by collecting relevant asset information, documents belonging to specific taxonomies and safety data sheets.
The geo-referenced asset navigation module provides functionalities for spatial data navigation on a map and for geographic information correlation with asset data registered on the information platform (equipments, tanks, roads, work permits, etc.).
The platform also integrates specific modules in the field of safety and maintenance: Schedule for Legal Compliance Pressure Equipment, Schedule for Maintenance Fulfillments Management of Electrical Disconnections.
