Microsoft Project is a masterclass in how to overcharge for underdelivering. The tiered pricing structure is a joke — the lower-tier plans are so stripped down they’re practically unusable, and the features you actually need are locked behind the higher-tier plans with price tags that are hard to justify for what you get. Even if you spring for the more expensive plan, you're still stuck with a buggy, laggy app that feels like it’s constantly on the verge of crashing. It’s not unusual to have to close and reopen the window multiple times in a single session just to get it working again. That’s not just annoying — it’s a productivity killer. For a project management tool that’s supposedly "enterprise-grade," the performance is shockingly poor. Load times drag, interactions lag, and simple tasks take far longer than they should. Microsoft Project feels like it was built for a different era and never updated — or tested — properly. Unless you’re being forced to use it by corporate policy, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are better, faster, and more cost-effective tools on the market that don’t charge a premium just to give you basic functionality.

É muito importante, no gerenciamento dos projetos, controlarmos os custos dos recursos. Portanto, sugiro que essa aplicação tenha os mesmos recursos disponíveis no Project Desktop, onde é possível gerenciar os custos da equipe e dos recursos utilizados. É válido incluir uma forma de trava para que apenas pessoas selecionadas pelo Gerente do Projeto tenham visão dos custos.

I want to have possibility to connect the Project app to a channel with type SHARED, which can be in any group across teams.. the current access rights for MS project online are very insufficient..

Doesn't let you import plans from Planner. Had to completely rebuild my plan from scratch. the trial version worked better than the paid version. Avoid this if possible.

Um Project App auch sinnhaft in Teams nutzen zu können fehlen sehr viele Funktionen, auch zur Kollaboration oder zum Export von Dashboards etc. Allein dass das GAnt Chartt nur Sichtbar ist für Personen mit einer MS Project lizenz ist richtig unvorteilhaft

This is basically MS Project but just added to teams. It's way too complicated and not user friendly. Can't even be bothered to write why. It's just so bad.

If you like things being added, moved and then taken away then this is the app for you. The adventure of exploring the entire Microsoft universe to find where you were yesterday only to find out you should have never been able to do what you did. Then you feel as though you're losing your memory and can't find you're own shoes in real life then you find yourself tapping a physical folder yelling about properties.
