HIP Patents for Microsoft Teams is part of the HeliosComplete intellectual property management platform. The HIP Patents app enables Helios IP clients to collaborate directly with their HIP support team, and access the power of the HeliosComplete platform directly in their Microsoft Teams collaboration environment.

The HIP Patents app provides users a suite of patent management tools to help create, maintain and manage their global patent portfolios, including features to:

• Directly find information and access documents and emails from the HeliosComplete platform
• Collaborate with the HIP support team to answer questions and access required information
• Streamline support requests with the automated Chat bot
• Setup Patent Families
• Create country Patent records to track country-by-country mark registrations
• Capture full bibliographic and registration information inlcuding PTO data
• Manage Filing Projects including country selection, filing documents and formalities
• Automate Patent Annuities inlcuding due dates, use requirements and other formalities
• Calculate docket events in over 270 jursidictions with the DocketEngine country rules
• Access electronic PTO data through DocketHub\n
• Archive emails and documents in Sharepoint
• Leverage Power BI for analysis and decision-making
