We have simple monthly price plan, one month free trial and thereafter £45 per calendar month. There will be no installation and training fees.

After one month free trial there will be £45 per calendar month rolling contract. To install Microsoft Word plugin, VLO login details are required.

VLO is designed with Microsoft Word integration to take you through the process of creating the custom letters from your preloaded templates, amend and save them back in system without leaving and create brand new letters seamlessly.

You need to install VLO MS Word plugin, once it installed then open MS Word application then you will see VLO Button in Top right menu in Home tab.

Click on VLO button to open Add In Pane

Then Login using your VLO credentials

Once login you will be able to search Matters and out of list of list user will be able to attach document to relevant matter.

Click on any matter from the list, for which matter you want to see all documents

Then you will get a list of folders and documents

Now to edit any documents, just double click on that document name in the list and that document will be open.

Now user can edit that document like user want and then to save updated document to the server click on save button in the Add in Pane.

VLO user requires to purchase subscription of Microsoft Word separately. Microsoft plugin can only be installed on a Windows PC 10 with Office 2013,2016, 2019,2021
