Beedle Planning – streamline tasks and workflows
Allows teachers to easily create lesson plans, define goals, link objectives and Teams Assignments, store digital resources, and share selected content with students and colleagues. With the dedicated space for evaluation and objectives, teachers can swiftly build up a bank of tried-and-tested lesson plans and resources. Copying lesson plans and Microsoft Teams assignments across teams and from school year to school year is a breeze with Beedle!

Beedle Classroom – simplify classroom management
Provides teachers with great pedagogical features and a valuable overview of all students in their class, including an easy way to randomly pick a student, and split the class into random groups with an option to manually change group compositions. The student’s group lists can be printed or exported as documents.

With the Beedle Journal, educators can track, manage, and record student behavior. Throughout the school year, educators can easily search, filter, tag, and print this data as needed. Comments can be made private or shared with other teachers, students, and/or parents.

Beedle Attendance offers easy registration and management of all aspects of students’ attendance across the school in real-time, with the possibility to add comments, schedule future absences, and view attendance history.

The built-in Beedle Calendar provides an overview of scheduled lessons throughout the school year. Teachers can quickly move between the Calendar and individual Plans including Objectives and Microsoft Teams Assignments.

Beedle Assessment provides digital grade books for each class, where teachers may record ad-hoc grades or grade specific learning objectives. Average and total columns can be added, providing a great overview, and linked with assessment groups.

With Beedle Objectives success criteria, learning goals and curriculum statements can be defined and shared with students. Objectives can be linked to Beedle Planning and used for formative assessment.

Beedle Parent App - making learning transparent
With the Parent App, guardians get access to assignments, attendance records, key deadlines, events, comments, announcements, and secure two-way communication with teachers. Teachers operate entirely within Teams, and parents get the app natively from the Apple and Google App stores.
