SmartEYE™ Packing and Shipping Stations are REAL-TIME AI/ML-based analytics "on the Edge" and the Cloud, which (a) alert the operators of any mispacked or missing items in REAL-TIME; and (b) give managers REAL-TIME confirmation of compliance with packing lists/BOMs and production/shipping schedules. Moreover, all the data from the Packing and Shipping Stations can be integrated into the customers in-house ERP/ MRP/ MES/ BI system for seamless operational visibility on the production floor, real-time updates to inventory stock levels and building ideal profiles relating to operator efficiency (by kit-type, by shift and over time). Moreover, with 1,800 sensor options, SmartEYE™ Packing and Shipping Stations can monitor, track, forecast and simulate almost any KPI desired including package weight.

When used in conjunction with Microsoft Azure, you get hierarchical dashboards, the ability to connect various machines into a workflow and the power BI reporting APP, which can be modified to fit your needs.
