The Site Visitor Pro Application is a robust and user-friendly tool tailored for construction professionals. This comprehensive application is specifically designed for them offering a seamless way to capture and manage visit details, record critical observations, annotate images to pinpoint defects on-site and assigning Tasks through Microsoft teams Planner. It has the ability to effortlessly import PDF reports for specific visits of particular projects. This application streamlines the entire construction site visit process making work more efficient than ever by avoiding manual work. This solution helps construction professionals like site engineers, contractors, and architects to keep detailed project records and clearly address site visit issues.

• User Role

Key features include:

• The Site Visitor application is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, with certain permissions restricted for mobile users.
• Administrators will have all the permissions to create & edit project details, create & edit visit details including those persons engaged in the project. Users, on the other hand won't be able to add any projects but can add and edit any visit details except for their own visits, observations, and images.
• Site engineers, contractors, architects, and other construction professionals will have the capability to document their observations and annotate images, enabling them to effectively highlight project-specific issues during site visits.
• Actors can assign tasks to specific users, which will automatically reflect in the Microsoft Teams Planner when Observation and Action items are added.
• Actors can effortlessly import or retrieve detailed PDF reports of Visits via email.
• Additionally, Administrators can add their details in Customer Settings page and tailor the app's appearance by customizing the Logo and Application Theme.
