1. Provides low latency compared to other video conferencing solutions. The difference is actually more noticeable if you are running this in a virtual environment like an EC2 instance 2. Video quality is very good 3. The mobile app enables to join the call on the go 4. Integration with apps like slack is available which make it very easy to setup a call 5. The Blue Jeans meeting invites syncs well with Google workspace 6. Whiteboard and annotation feature is a good add-on especially when multiple folks are brainstorming on a problem statement remotely 7. The mobile/web app never crashed. So, I never felt a need to contact IT/customer support

1. The desktop app is not robust. While opening the app it feels like the app is running on chrome 2. Joining a meet through a direct call is not available for all regions 3. No option to annotate in the mobile app 4. The acceptance of the tool is not widely accepted in the industry. If your work involves talking and working with people outside your organization then getting people on the Blue Jeans meeting is a major challenge 5. it is resource hungry especially if you are joining back-to-back calls. the app and the whole system slow down until you kill the process from the task manager 6. The annotation and screen sharing feature is available, but is not very robust compared to its competitors 7. Advance features on recording meetings is not available. The size of the recorded meeting is also very large, which makes it hard and time consuming to share the recordings

I think Blue Jeans is very focused on the basics and they get the basics right. The video quality is very good even in low light and the audio is also very crisp and clear. Availability of the mobile app is big boost to the productivity

BlueJeans offers the best video and audio quality, even in low internet or network service conditions. The use of this tools is very user-friendly and accessible to everyone in the easiest way, also it is very easy for hosts & participants to schedule or join the meeting.

The BlueJeans mobile app could be improved in some areas, such as some technical glitches, hangouts & automatically disconnected meetings.

As per my experience, BlueJeans team solves a few problems, like communication quality during virtual meetings, even with low internet speed.

Good UI that makes it simple to understand

The integratio to Teams is very simple and good

The cost is relatively higher than the competition.it has limitations for the number of participants for some of the plans.sometimes latency is there during calls
