EasyLife 365 allows you to create a self-maintaining collaboration environment.
It should be easy for your end-users to create new Microsoft Teams, Groups, Viva Engage Communities, and invite guest accounts. Likewise, it should be easy for your admins to manage all these assets.
Most governance tools focus on IT and require the admins to act. However, your admin's time is valuable, and they might not have enough information about all the assets to manage them.
That's why we take a completely different approach with EasyLife 365: we empower the end-user to take responsibility for their assets.
Templates and Policies
Templates control the creation experience, and we have templates for everything: Teams, SharePoint, Groups, Viva Engage Communities, and even Guest Accounts for B2B guest user management. Policies make sure assets comply with your organizational guidelines.
Admins define templates and policies in the EasyLife 365 Cockpit. Users use templates to create assets in a managed way quickly.
Lifecycle management
The lifecycle management process starts when users create new assets from a template. Depending on the template's policy, EasyLife 365 will ask the owners of the asset (Teams Owners, Guest User Owners) to perform governance tasks regularly or when a change requires immediate action.
EasyLife 365 keeps your Entra ID nice and tidy.
