Assitance with Asset Management integration with Helpdesk
Kushal and Dilipa are excellent in assisting with all facets of the HR365 product and associated apps. Any time I required advice, guidance or a simple walk-through of what to do, they have been at the ready and provided expert help. Furthermore, Kushal and Dilipa are open to answering additional questions as they arise always giving their time to help me learn and become a better manager of how this product interacts with SharePoint. Kudos to these men and their extended team of developers. Wonderful service!

This product is amazing and so is the support. I manage several thousand assets and inventory and it streamlines the process. Anytime support is required, it is always immediately available. Even if an issue cannot be fixed immediately, they always provide a timely solution and excellent communication.
