The platform then allows them to continuously organize their skills development according to not only the company's strategic objectives (linked to individual development plans) but also their own goals and desired career path while also capturing the essential human dimension of learning to amplify the learning culture within your organization (communities, coaching, mentoring, involvement of managers and subject-matter experts...)
Notably, Bealink has advanced and interconnected features for skills development, allowing the management of individual training plans, self-assessment of skills, assessment by managers, personalized recommendations according to their level of mastery, as well as simplified management of training requests, individual reviews and much more.
