Equanimity

Equanimity is a chatbot that is designed to support HR Teams and Senior Management in measuring, tracking, and analzying employee wellbeing and engagement. The chatbot operates by conducting a monthly survey with all employees within an specific organization. The results are then stored in a secure database that is connected to a dashboard (available outside MS Teams) that visualizes the results in an easy and intuitive way.

We understand how difficult it can be to acquire a high response to employee surveys. This is why our chatbot keeps track of all individuals in an organization that have answered the survey and will send 2 daily reminders to all employees who did not answer the survey.

The bot handles reminders saving you time and effort reminding employees to answer surveys. Daily reminders are fixed at 11 AM and 3 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.

With Microsoft Graph capabilities , that chatbot is also able to read basic user profile information such as department hence providing tailored insights into the wellbeing and engagement levels of all employees in your organization.

Our third-party dashboards are fully automated and easy to understand, they measure the following metrics:
