Vivo Voz Negócio with Teams enables quick, simple calls (Direct Routing) via PSTN Vivo
Vivo Voz Negócio with Integration Teams (Direct Routing) allows calls to be made and received in more than 3000 cities in Brazil via Teams using team phones quickly and simply via the PSTN Vivo network.
Customers will have the possibility to contract Integration with Teams (Direct Routing)
It
will be available for both licenses:
Extension License
Call Center License
Calls are made using Teams features
Customer must have Teams Phone (Microsoft License) to use the functionality
Each license allows a call to be made or received via Teams.
The customer will be charged an additional amount for each Teams Integration license (section).
The number of contracted licenses can be from 1 to 100.
The Vivo Voz Negócio call recording license does not record calls originating from Teams Phone.
Example: Integration with Teams
The client has 10 Vivo Voz Negócio licenses and would like to purchase only 1 Integration license with Teams.
As the function is 1 license per section, only 1 call will be made or received by teams, be it to a Vivo Voz Negócio extension or external call to a cell phone or landline.
