Competition Tracker

This app may be installed on an Office 365 “For Business” site or any SharePoint installation that is running SharePoint 2013 with Access Services turned on.

Competition Tracker App and its Features:

1. Track students, judges and organizers who are part of a competition.

2. Students/Judges can register/signup to participate/judge in competitions.

3. Gives customized schedules for participants/judges based on their registrations.

4. Detects duplicate registration or time clashes between competitions.

5. Detects special scenarios where for eg:

a. a debate team from a school can only consists of 4 people.

b. Judges can only judge 3 competitions.

c. Only organizers can view the tasks allotted, students cannot modify any scores.

6. Find out the winner if the scorecard for a competition is complete

7. Judges can enter the scores for the participants and organizers can use the scorecard to find the winner for each competition

8. Organizers can track their tasks and their duties for the event

9. Different ways to view data for eg: view to see winners by a particular competition, tasks assigned to a particular organizer etc.

10. Shows specific error messages when user inputs are incorrect.
