Text only - no photos.
This allows announcements of text only. Not helpful when announcing new babies, new hires, promotions, etc. and the announcements should be accompanied by a photo.

There is no app part to display the announcements. It's useless. Unfortunately, it won't allow me to rate it as zero stars.
