Guru keeps on lagging

What do you like best about the product?
Guru gives the related article to my search. Easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always lagging and delayed. It takes me 5 minutes to get the article.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guru gives the right article based on my search.

User-friendly and very detailed

What do you like best about the product?
Guru is incredibly easy to navigate and has a wealth of information available that is easy to interpret. The favorites feature is also excellent; it makes organizing different favorites lists easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI suggestions aren't always the best; they sometimes do not have anything to do with what is being used as a keyword
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guru keeps all the information on how to perform certain actions in order and makes accessing the info easy and manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use access to additional resources and how comprehensive it is as a knowledge base this is a critical element in real estate. We have to maintain compliance with the state
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I'm not sure that I dislike anything. I've only been using it about six months but I can tell you it is super critical for what we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guru allows us to maintain compliance with all state requirements as we are across 14 different states. It's updated based on exactly what we have to do to maintain compliance within that state.

Guru is way more than helpful platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Guru it is so easy to search the cards where I can get the answers with what my members concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike in Guru, it needs to have a pop-up when the card is not verified or just a sign if the card is reliable or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, I can easily check the card where I can get the answer on my members concern also I can easily check the related topics because when I use the search bar, the related cards also pop- up. It really benefitting in my job because I can meet the metrics like CPH because I can easily resolve my members concern.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using guru because it is so easy to search the resolution every time that our members calling. I can easily type in the members concern and different cards will pull up where I can check the nearest answer with my members question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike is about checking if the card is verified or unverified. Much better if there is a pop up or reminder that the card is unverified and the last date when it was updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a benefit in using Guru because I can easily meet the KPI's or metrics we have in our department. Specially the calls per hour. I can resolve the concern of the member real time.

What I don't like about Guru is that sometimes the available information is limited and might not fully address specific key items or topics I am looking for.

What do you like best about the product?

The aspect of "ASK GURU" is particularly effective, as it simplifies the process of finding answers and guidance, making my workflow smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate everything about Guru, but the one challenge I face is with its search functionality. It can be difficult to find information unless the exact title or term is used. Additionally, Guru cannot be used offline; it requires an internet connection to search for information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guru provides excellent support and assistance, which has been incredibly beneficial for me. The availability of their support team ensures that I can quickly resolve any issues or questions I encounter, enhancing my overall experience with the platform. Additionally, I receive real-time updates and notifications when I favorite a card, allowing me to stay informed immediately if there are any changes or updates to the information.

An amazingly flexible tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really useful tool for archiving and accessing information regarding the company in cases where there are so many methods, tools, and documents that it could overwhelm users. Thanks to its features, it can be really easy to use and allows you to search full questions, and it will try to search the best related information available, since I have to use it a lot through a week it helps in cases where you can go from not knowing much to becoming an expert in certain subjects. It can easily integrate into the workflow of most companies and its really user-friendly, aside from having a vast support network and assistance with most features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could give a better explanation that is shorter and to the point, since you need to quickly access information in a split moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to get into the right spaces for certain information and also giving you the full context needed to understand special cases and what can you do to fix them.

Guru is a time-saving tool for me, as it stores all the information I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I can confidently say that Guru is one of the best tools I have ever used. It excels by storing all necessary information in one centralized location, allowing for easy access. For instance, if I need to find a specific article, I can simply open Guru, search for the related topic, and quickly find the information I need. There's no need to store files separately or navigate elsewhere the information is all displayed in Guru. Guru offers chat support, which is incredibly helpful as I can ask questions and receive guidance about the platform whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of things that I like about guru but if there is one thing that i would not like about it that much is the search bar, as the system will requires you to put the exact name of the article just to find the specific information that you are looking for. It challenge me in a way that sometimes it will require me some amount of time just to get the information i need when it should be able to show the possible article related to the keyword i will be putting on the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I've mentioned, Guru benefits me significantly by saving time that would otherwise be spent searching across various platforms. If I ever need assistance regarding the platform, the available chat support is an excellent resource. This support feature enables me to quickly address any questions or concerns I may have, ensuring that I can continue to work without unnecessary interruptions.
