Good App for begin with odata querying and generation of query

This developer app helped me understand how to construct REST Query URLs. I used the tool to create the correct URLs i needed for my jquery calls to SharePoint list items. The app is very easy to use, just a few buttons to contruct a REST Url to copy-paste in your own app. Tip for next release: It would be great if the results are shown as well, but copy-paste to another broswer window works fine too. Thanks a lot ;)

Hello, Thanks for sharing this App, however my very first attempt has resulted in a failure. If you use the contains operator, you generate a substringOf (with upper O) that leads to a bad request (400) when copy/pasting the query in the address bar. Otherwise it's a good start but it's too restricted (no joins via $expand, no $skip and $top etc..) and not announced so one could think that the OData API is limited to what your app does which is not the case. At last, a good suggestion would be to be able to execute the query since it's requiring only read-only permissions, that'd be a valuable addition. Best Regards

Very helpful to build queries. It can be improved with 'expand' but it's very good.

I installed the solution and was able to use it to build the query easily

I think I can now install to the SP site. Unfortunately the site is currently down
