Digizuite consolidates all our digital assets in one cohesive place that integrates seamlessly with our web content management platform. It also integrates with many other cloud-based marketing platforms useful to our business strategies. The intuitive interface makes finding content and sharing across multiple channels easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part about Digizuite is not related to the product itself but related to user adoption and utilizing all the features the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows all our digital assets to be in a single place that we can share within the organization. It integrates seamlessly with cloud-based media platforms. Digizuite solved the problem of having multiple versions of assets scattered around the organization, such as file shares, emails and physical drives.
Digizuite works with our CMS, Optimizely. The integration of pulling images from Digi to Opti through the API has allowed us to have a very large repository in DAM without having to keep assets locally in our CMS. We also use Digizuite media manager as a repository for files for our marketing team and designers. They have all the native files at their fingertips. Working for a global company with internal and external users, Digizuite allows us to share files and manage version control very easily. I also like the people there. They are always very helpful and are looking to help us succeed. They are open to suggestions and used our feedback as areas of improvement and road mapped for upcoming releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have internally referred to Digizuite as our warehouse of assets. Could you imagine going into an Amazon warehouse to find something you want without knowledge of how the warehouse is organized? For some novice users, the Digizuite media manager can be overwhelming without a little training. I think this has been improved by offering portals that allow you to offer a curated amount of content in a more visually appealing way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digizuite allows us to have a central repository that feeds into many of our other systems by connecting with APIs. CoServing up our assets to our CMS for our website, different portals and the ability to access files through Microsoft and Adobe products is amazing. Not to mention, navigating the Digizuite media manager by the marketing team has been extremely helpful to have all assets in one spot.
Digizuite's products are fast and user friendly, the most important reasons we made the switch.
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of the Digizuite products is the speed and user-friendly interfaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of the "DAM center" as opposed to the media manager. I understand it's purpose, but It seems a little convoluted and one must simply memorize where all the elements exist. I also would like to see Digizuite support "dark mode" for the mobile apps to have a "dark theme" which more closely matches our brand identity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a fast and user-friendly content management system, so that our custom-designed Epi/optimizely DAM website could function optimally and our sales teams wanted a mobile app for use in the field (offline mode etc.) which we now have with Digizuite.
We established a relationship with Digizuite as our asset management partner and they work in concert with us to continually evolve to meet our requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still features and capabilities we'd like to see from Digi, but they continue to work to deliver enhancements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digi is our consolidated asset management solution
