- Functional Evaluation - The functional assessment examines your current business processes and determines how you might most benefit from the new capabilities and enhancements available in Dynamics 365.
- Technical Evaluation - During the technical assessment, the Sikich identifies the current technical architecture and evaluates different modernization options.
- Recommendations and Next Steps
Timeline: This process will take 1-to-2-days to complete in conjunction with you, the end client. Sikich will then prepare recommendations and next steps as a follow up to this workshop.
