Implementation of Microsoft Copilot and Agents

What is included in each component of the Copilot plan?

The duration of each plan is approximately 10-12 weeks and consists of 6 components.

Stage 1 consists of two sessions: a kick-off meeting with executives and leadership to start the AI journey, and a business value working session. You will also receive a security checklist and decide upon your company’s 10 Copilot Champions.

Stage 2 depends on the specific security needs of the organization and typically begins with Intune deployment for users, Copilot license deployment for users, and other skill training on the administration of Copilot. Specific consulting needs can extend this time.

Stage 3 is an 8-week journey for 10 Copilot Champions and includes user training, cohort check-ins, executive check-ins, regular emailed content, and a proof of value finale.

Stage 4 is Simulations (or Sims), which are multi-session engagements with a Copilot Agentic Developer at Stoneridge.

The process includes:

Identifying business requirements for the requested solution Initial design architecture Technical infrastructure setup Iterating/enriching prompts Deploying features Identifying future capabilities Documentation of the requirements, setup, and maintenance

Stage 5 is Copilot for Sales (or Service) and is managed by our Dynamics Customer Engagement team. It involves a 6-week master class on utilizing the “Copilot for Sales” (or Service) add-on license.

Stage 6 is extending Copilot to secure the adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 for more users. This includes additional deployment and configuration, further end-user training, and ongoing weekly check-ins.
