An easy-to-use mobile app for viewing and updating COBie asset data on-the-go

The COBie Data Updater Power App makes it easy for any construction team to collect and manage comprehensive manufacturer and warranty information for every single asset in your building project.

The canvas app was built through Power Apps and is integrated with SharePoint Lists. To meet the latest BIM standards (e.g. ISO-19650). the collected data can be issued to your client as a comprehensive BIM-ready asset schedule (in Excel format).

App Features:

  • View all installed assets located on a specific floor level and in a specific room
  • Easily update manufacturer, model numbers and warranty details
  • Easily export comprehensive asset schedules (in BIM-compliant format) to provide structured searchable 'as built' data for
