Events Calendar allows users to quickly view all the activities or tasks running daily in various teams in Dynamics 365. Keeping track of appointments, service activities, number of phone calls, important dates, and lists of tasks on a daily basis is tough. This is a single solution for these routine multiple tasks. The Calendar will notify users of appointments, task lists, service activities, and other activities. In addition, managers can keep an eye on team members’ activities within Dynamics 365 in a single frame and further filter the view by activity type, status, or an individual team member. This calendar also allows creation of tasks, appointments, phone calls, and other activities.
