Navisiontech’s Power Automate Flow is designed to help organizations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central manage document storage more efficiently. This automated flow moves files attached to invoices, purchase orders, sales documents, and more—from Business Central to a connected SharePoint document library. It then creates a direct link to the file in SharePoint and stores that link back in Business Central, replacing the original file attachment.

By moving documents out of Business Central’s internal storage and into SharePoint, this solution helps reduce database size, improve performance, lower hosting costs, and maintain better control over your document repository.

Users can continue to attach files in Business Central, and EasyLinks will move the file in next run and create a link.
