With the integration live, all text messages sent to or received from customers through Text Request will be synced to Dynamics, and recorded in your contact’s Timeline. Contacts will also be synced from Dynamics to Text Request, creating a custom contact list for individual or mass texting. Use with the Text Request Chrome extension to text directly out of Dynamics just by clicking on a phone number. Works with all Chromium browsers.

This app is useful for Dynamics Sales users looking for a robust way to use SMS to reach contacts and track those communications. Text Request also has a Power Automate connector that can be used to build powerful user workflows to automate lead generation.
