User friendly platform and excellent customer service!
What I love about HelpDesk are their customer service and the customizable platform. They assist with the entire installation and all the customized PowerAutomate that we need to fit our company in a timely manner.

Amazing support
We are so happy we chose HR365 for our help desk system. When we have a problem, we email HR365 tech support and they are very helpful. Each time they will remote in to our workstation and help fix the issue or show us how to fix it. I am very happy with this product!

Great Helpdesk Application
We use the helpdesk system in our organization and it has really helped improve efficiency of our helpdesk process. The team provides very rapid updates for additional features and bug fixes, and we get very rapid support if there's any issues being experienced. I'm very happy with this product.
