Remote support via XMReality - and easy link distribution via MS Teams
XMReality is easy to use for Remote Support, you share a call link via SMS or MS Teams. Once in a call, you can interact via pointers, pause and draw, and zoom. The tool also allows you to document your call in a PDF report, including notes and pictures. Awesome!

What do you like best about the product?I recently had the opportunity to try out XMReality, and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. XMReality is a cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) platform that offers remote guidance and collaboration solutions. Whether you're in the field of industrial maintenance, healthcare, or any other industry that requires remote assistance, XMReality proves to be a game-changer.What do you dislike about the product?Technical Limitations,User Interface,Cost: Pricing could be a concern for some users,Integration and Compatibility,What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?One aspect of XMReality that impressed me is its reliability. The platform offers stable and high-quality video streaming, ensuring that the remote guidance sessions are smooth and uninterrupted. The AR overlays are also well-aligned with the real-world environment, enhancing the user's understanding of the task at hand. This level of accuracy and reliability is crucial in critical situations where precision is essential.
XMReality - An innovative new tool that offers a great experience for both customer and user
What do you like best about the product?The most innovative and useful feature that XMReality offers is "Hands overlay" which is a function where you can display your hands or products overlaid in a videofeed from the end user, similar to augmented reality, This is really helpful when guiding customers and explaining niche details about a specific product. There are also all the features that you would expect in a video tool, like pausing the videofeed, posting text in an ongoing call, muting participants and more. The team at XMReality is also very responsive to feedback about their tool and any improvements or issues you might have will be taken seriously. We use this tool daily and it's easy to use, It's been of great help in my customer meetings.What do you dislike about the product?Currently, there is no option to have multiple videostreams active in one call, which can be a hindrance when greeting participants in a call, but can be alleviated by doing it one by one.
There is also a pretty restrictive character limit in the text option during an active call, around 50 characters or so.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?XMRealitys tool help us to do work which usually requires a field technician to visit the customer, this is due to needing to know how a product is installed to validate that it's installed according to requirements, as well as resolving issues customers might experience with our products, This is beneficial to both us and the customer saving us and the customer both time and money when which would be spent on a field technician
It is the future of remote support
What do you like best about the product?XMreality provides the user with a easy and flexible way to provide remote support for both bussiness and private customers. The administrative tools are plenty and can be used to provide step by step instructions both for your own use and for the use of the customer who recieves guidance.What do you dislike about the product?At times the connection over XMReality can be a bit choppy, I'm not sure if that has to do with the servers or if that is an issue with poor internet connection from the customer's side. I use the XMReality tool several times daily, and somtimes I wish it had a butten to turn it on and off again, leaving it on between sessions is just wasting electricity and having to pull and put in the power connector can be a bit tedious.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It solves several technical issues which previously had to be solved by sending a technchion out to the costumer. Now we can provide remote support and solve these issues, saving both money and time.
detailet, good and easy produkt to use
What do you like best about the product?i like how easy it is to get into and east it is to use.What do you dislike about the product?i was a little disapointed that there isent a function t share screen for whoever is being helpedWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?it helps us explain customers and installers how to install and place produkts
Poor audio quality on customers end
What do you like best about the product?I like the idea of it and the functionality it provides and the easy access it provides our customers to much better support than we can do over the phone. I personally use it around once a week so I get to try it fairly oftenWhat do you dislike about the product?When talking to customers I always seem to have audio issues when it comes to bluetooth headsets. The interface on the customer side provides no help when choosing what audio output to use and they can simply not hear me when there is noise around them. Working with industrial clients this simply kills the entire feature and I have to assist using pictures or over the phone.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We have a fleet of machines that run at the customers factories. As with all things they break down or need service. Often using XM we can diagnose and repair without traveling to our customers. Norway might be small, but traveling takes forever and the customers don't wish to wait.
Really amazing tool for remote mentoring
What do you like best about the product?Easy way to connect both ends, no external software requireWhat do you dislike about the product?Highly dependent of the internet in both endsWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Bring the technician from the field to my computer at the office. By doing the mentoring thru this amazing tool we prevent traveling to the site.
Review for XM - easy to use and so helpful for tech support
What do you like best about the product?Being able to work with customers real time and see what they see. When using this software it allows the customers to show me exactly what they see and i can go with them step by step or see things they might not be seeingWhat do you dislike about the product?there is not much that i dislike. This product is able to let me do my job so much easier. Im not sure I would change anything in this product as it does allow for the real time support optionRecommendations to others considering the product:This is a fantastic product and should be used in all tech support with hands-on use.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?hands on issues. We can solve issues with software and hardware on our products to see communication or hardware issues. I'm able to be more productive and effective.

What do you like best about the product?The most helpful part of using the app is the ease of use & the available features which helps provide a higher level of quality for customer support.What do you dislike about the product?I havent been disappointed by the use of the app except that there are a few cases where I would like to create my own pdf form on-the-fly instead of choosing one from a drop down menu.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The ability to provide prompt remote technical service. It helps us avoid unnecessary physical trips. Keeps internal costs down and helps keep customers loyal to our brand.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?The ability to send links to other companies to get remote support using temporary links is fantastic. The audio and web interface is very easy to use and strait forward for any company to use.What do you dislike about the product?Would like the ability to save a contact and then automatically generate a link and send it to their email on dm=emand rather than having to enter the name and phone number ever time.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We had the issue of not being able to show a manufacturer what our issue is while out on the floor. Images work but its slow and inefficient. XMReality provides the abaility to not have to worry about if the remote support has the required software to join the call since its all web based.
