Veldig fornøyd og fungerer fint også for frivillige organisasjoner
Vi har testet Planit Agenda-appen i vår håndballgruppa over en periode, og vi er svært fornøyde med hvordan den fungerer i vår hverdag som frivillig organisasjon. Appen gjør det enkelt å skrive, dele og organisere referater fra møter – noe som er en stor hjelp i en organisasjon der folk er i bevegelse og verv går på rundgang. Den automatiske integreringen med kalenderen gjør det enkelt å få oversikt over både møter og referater. Nå ser vi fram til å ta det videre ut på lagsnivå! Planit Agenda har gjort styrearbeidet vårt både mer strukturert og mer effektivt. Vi anbefaler den varmt til andre frivillige lag og foreninger!
Great tool to get in charge of planing and collaboration in Teams
What do you like best about the product?Very easy to get started and integrates naturally with functions in MS Teams i.e. planner, lists and the familiar views.
Options to present the avtivities in a year, month, yearly wheel, tabular or lists offers a great varity of ways to show and work with the infomration.
Was very easy to install!What do you dislike about the product?Exporting/importing to e.g. Excel for bulk uploadWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Mutual collaboration and a clear visibility of what to do, when to do it and who including the sub steps.

Super easy installation and smooth add-on to boost productivity and collaboration in Teams/Office 365
Superb tool that relies on proven functions in Office 365 but adds the long-missing visibility and overview for planning and preparation. Tasks are integrated with Planner, and scheduled activities are shown in the calendar. A fantastic app and great support for us as a non-profit organization where people work and participate in their spare time. By using the app, it becomes easier than ever to collaborate.

Flott!
I vår organisasjon har vi forsøkt å samle de fleste systemene i/rundt teams. Vi har lenge benyttet planner og liker denne funksjonen for å kunne sette små oppgaver og delegere frister mellom hverandre, men har savnet en litt mer overordnet oversikt. Kom over PlanIt som ser ut til å kunne dekke dette problemet perfekt. Kun testet i en 30 dager prøveperiode pr nå, men liker veldig godt hvordan systemet snakker med både planner og mailkalender! Skal nå bestille lisenser til alle i ledelsen og se for oss at dette vil lette arbeidshverdagen og gjøre det enklere å ha oversikt over de større frister og oppgaver.

Very friendly calender (PlanIt)
What do you like best about the product?What I like best about PlanIt is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The calendar layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to organize my schedule at a glance. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other tools like email and task management apps, which helps streamline my workflow. The customization options for reminders and event categories allow me to tailor the calendar exactly to my needs. Overall, PlanIt has significantly improved my productivity by keeping all my appointments and tasks in one well-designed platform.What do you dislike about the product?What I dislike about PlanIt is that the mobile version could be more responsive. Sometimes, certain features, like dragging and dropping events, are a bit clunky on smaller screens.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?PlanIt is solving our organizational challenges by providing a centralized calendar that makes coordinating across our multiple youth associations in Germany much easier. As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on efficient communication and scheduling, and PlanIt allows us to manage events, meetings, and activities seamlessly. The ability to share calendars across different teams and clubs helps ensure that everyone stays on the same page, which is crucial for us when planning events. This has significantly improved our workflow and reduced scheduling conflicts, benefiting both our staff and volunteers.

Great year overview
PlanIt allows our department managers a great yearly overview and one single point of truth on project progress and activity status. The PlanIt Calendar with a shared yearly wheel with activities tied to Project tasks on an individual level keeps dependencies, deadlines and ownerships clear. The fact that I get all the data stored in our Sharepoint and not a third party database out of our control is another appreciated fact. I recommend PlanIt to anyone that needs a macro (yearly wheel) and micro (activity / task management) view on projects spanning over time with cross-department dependencies & collaboration.

Important tool in the organization of sports teams
What do you like best about the product?We at Moelven IL Handball were looking for a solution for a year wheel that was easy to use, visual, and cost-effective, as we, as a sports team, have limited funds. We came across Planit and have been very satisfied.
What we particularly like about Planit is the visual representation as a year wheel, while also being able to easily switch between list view and table format. It gives us a good overview of both the year, month, and even several years ahead. As a sports team, we need an overview both at an overarching level and for each individual team, and Planit meets these needs in an excellent way.
The entire system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it is easy to export information and collaborate with the team. For us, Planit has been an important tool in organizing the handball season, and we gladly recommend it to other sports teams.What do you dislike about the product?There is nothing we dislike about Planit – it meets all our needs in an excellent way.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?PlanIt addresses the need for a simple and visual solution to organize our annual calendar. As a sports team with multiple squads, we need both an overall overview and details per team. PlanIt enables us to have everything gathered in one place, with the ability to switch between different views such as list, table, and annual calendar. This makes planning more clear and efficient, saving us time and making collaboration easier.
Strategy and tactical management
What do you like best about the product?PlanIt is quite useful and their circular calendar is ideal for looking at the entire year in one circle. Microsoft team integration makes it easier for all the work to be pulled together under one space that is easily managed by the team.What do you dislike about the product?PlanIt does not link to these other calendars; there are no options to double-check due dates without switching to the other application. The main disadvantage of PlanIt is that the calendar is not shared with other calendars.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I find useful to some extent as it shows how various activities are aligned with yearly goals. I am able to show is the one between the tactical planning and its concrete and practical application.
