Syft Analytics

The support system is excellent, with everything needed to learn about Syft available on Syft Campus.

It lacks the customization options for creating reports, unlike tools like Power BI or Tableau.

We primarily use Syft for creating our P&L statements and balance sheets, allowing us to track our financials monthly and compare quarterly or yearly as needed. We set up custom equations like gross profit, operating msargin, gros margin, EBITDA, and more. We also create KPIs to track whether our business financial performance is on the right track, comparing our actuals with both the budget we uploaded into Syft and our forecasts. Additionally, we use other modules and features such as ledgers, P&L builder, cash manager, dashboard visualizations, and the connection module for uploading non-financial data.

Syft Analystics is very easy to integrate with Quickbooks online. It has several report options for both projections and financial analysis making it easy to present small business management with profesisional looking reports.

It could use more customizations. Specifically around column settings and comparisons.

SYFT has responsive Team Support! We are a new user and looking forward to customizing our suite of reports to tailor and right size to our stakeholder audience

Initial integration had a few discrepancies. However once brought to SYFT's attention they were very responsive in addressing them!

Syft customer service is TOP NOTCH! I had some very specific needs in regards to altering reports and their response was swift, kind, empathic, and extremely helpful. I use Syft to visually speak to our entire company at once, many of which have no financial backgrounds. The beautiful charts and ease of creating the reports to tell a story through those charts have been a game changer for our team to be able to understand what I'm talking about. We use Xero and implementation was seemless, I didn't have to do any heavy lifting to get started, only connect the 2 accounts.

I have yet to come across anything I don't like, but I am aware that they are constantly working behind the scenes to offer more to its customers.

Syft is allowing me (a CFO equivalent) to be able to have financial conversations with all members of our company, including new hires, who do not have any financial background or prior knowledge of business finances. The reports and charts allow me to paint a picture that can easily be understood by everyone in our company in all departments.

It's very easy to use because the interface is intuitive. Once it's connected to your accounting software then you're good to go.

The data connection options are limited so most of the data should be uploaded with Excel files.

Syft gives me full visibility over my department's budget and actual spend. It keeps me informed so I can make the right financial decisions for my team.

Customer service is outstanding, it integrates seamlessly with Xero, and clients have been very happy with the visual aspect of the reports. Syft also saves us time every month compiling financials.

All the add-on options were confusing initially.

I love how customizable the ledgers and reports are within Syft, and the fact that it syncs automatically with Quickbooks. It has greatly reduced the amount of time I spent developing and distributing monthly financials.

We've had some issues getting the budget forcasting to sync, but I will say that the customer support team is very available to help walk you through it, you just have to carve out the time.

Syft automatically updates monthly and the reports are available to my finance team in real time whenever they want them.

CONSTANT issues with data connections breaking and having to change layouts of financials or re-link entities from QBO.

We use Syft to deliver monthly financials to clients.

I use it to provide quick and streamlined reporting for my bookkeeping clients. The integration to QBO is very easy! I enjoy providing beautiful reports and customizable metrics to my clients. Customer support is very helpful! It is overall very easy to setup and use! I currently use it on a monthly basis for reporting but I look forward to using it throughout the month as I add CFO service to my firm.

I haven't found any issues with Syft. I would love the ability to pull reports by Class (a dinemsion of QuickBooks reporting), but I am still able to export and upload this report in the software, which I appreciate.
